If your question is asked before 6 p.m. on working days, you will always receive an answer the same day and usually even within an hour during office hours. We are also available on weekends. All questions you ask before 3 p.m. will be answered the same day (with the exception of public holidays).

This way of working has the advantage that you will be helped quickly and properly. You can get in direct contact with an expert in the field of your inquiry. Moreover, there is no need to call an expensive telephone number and then hang in the queue for several minutes for an available employee. In addition, this helps keep costs low, so that our rates can also remain low.
